Returns from Germany are free of charge.

Returns within the EU cost 5.00€ and outside the EU 10.00€

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met:

1) The items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.

2) The label must not have been removed.

3) The items must be in their original packaging.

Once the entire return process has been completed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 14 working days.

We ship end customer orders in Germany via DHL. Shipments to other European countries and worldwide are sent by UPS or DHL.

We will ship your order as soon as we receive it. This means that if we receive your order before 10.00 a.m. on weekdays, we will usually dispatch it on the same day. Otherwise it will be dispatched the following day.
